Madadh.com, we deliver orders in Kuwait through our own dedicated delivery network and occasionally collaborate with third-party logistics partners. Our delivery services offer various options, including Standard delivery within 7 days, Express delivery within 4 days, and scheduled delivery.

Upon successful delivery, we will provide you with the order invoice, serving as confirmation that you have received all the items specified in your purchase. If you are not available at the designated delivery address, we can hand over the order to any individual present at the specified location. Accepting the delivery signifies that you have received all the items in your order.

In the event that we are unable to deliver your order upon reaching your address, please contact our customer service department to arrange an alternative delivery time. Please note that we will not be held responsible for orders that are undelivered beyond a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
